I truly enjoyed this absolutely great and lovely hotel. The staff were wonderful, especially during check-out. The room I booked was fairly quiet and bright with an amazing view and balcony. The bus stop was within walking distance. The pool was lovely. I also enjoyed complimentary drinks in the salad bar.

The staff at Derby Swiss Quality Hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They provided us with excellent recommendations for activities in the area, including helping us book paragliding. The rooms were clean and had beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and great value for money.

The value for money at Derby Swiss Quality Hotel was excellent. The room was cozy, comfortable, and had a fantastic view of the Eiger mountain. The location was unbeatable, just steps away from the train and bus stations. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and multilingual.
The breakfast selection could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Beautiful location! Was worth paying a little extra to upgrade to get a bigger room with a view of the Eiger. Wonderful hiking trails nearby, easy with a baby. Hotel staff provided cots and high chairs for the bub. Good breakfast. Easy access to shops and right at the station (which we didn't find to be busy or noisy at all).
